What Event Porta Potty Rental Covers
Last updated: November 2026
These terms apply to event porta potty rental services provided by MT Toilet Rentals. A booking covers the units, delivery, placement, and pickup described in the approved quote.
Any servicing, cleaning, restocking, hand-wash equipment, accessible units, or other equipment is included only when listed in that quote or a separate written agreement. The customer must provide accurate site details, safe access, and a suitable placement area, and must obtain event permits from the issuing jurisdiction.
Check with the local authority and Montana Department of Environmental Quality about whether plumbing permits apply. Waste must go to approved treatment and disposal facilities under applicable Montana DEQ rules.
Customers remain responsible for event-site sanitation requirements. These may include OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141 for workplaces, OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 for construction sites, and accessible toilet facility provisions in Sections 213 and 604 of the 2010 ADA Standards.
The United States Access Board, Montana Department of Labor and Industry, or Park County Environmental Health Department may provide relevant guidance. Permit approvals and regulatory compliance are not included unless agreed in writing.
Booking Dates, Changes, and Cancellations
Customers may request service dates and delivery or pickup times by phone or email. A booking is scheduled once MT Toilet Rentals confirms the service details.
Requests should include the event date, location, expected attendance, access instructions, and requested equipment. Any stated notice period or cancellation charge will be shown in the quote or booking confirmation; if none is stated, contact us promptly to discuss available options.
Tell us as soon as possible if the schedule, guest count, placement, or equipment needs change. A change is not approved until MT Toilet Rentals confirms it, and changes may affect availability or the quoted amount.
Extra equipment, service visits, or site work require written approval before they are added. Weather, road conditions, site restrictions, or other circumstances may affect delivery timing.
If access is unsafe or the agreed location is unavailable, we may ask for a suitable alternative and confirm any resulting schedule or scope change before proceeding.
Quotes, Charges, and Payment
A quote is based on the information provided about the event, location, dates, equipment, access, and requested services. It describes the proposed work and charges and remains subject to the terms and validity period stated in the quote. Ask us to correct any missing or inaccurate details before approving it. A quote does not include work or equipment that is not listed.
Payment timing and accepted payment methods will be stated in the quote or booking confirmation. The customer is responsible for paying the agreed charges by the stated due date.
Do not assume a booking is confirmed until MT Toilet Rentals has accepted it and provided confirmation. If you request additional units, service visits, delivery changes, or other work, we will explain any added charges and seek your approval before proceeding.
Taxes or other applicable charges will be identified in the quote where known. If a payment question arises, contact us promptly so we can review the booking and billing details.
Service Standards and Warranty Limits
MT Toilet Rentals will provide the equipment and services described in the confirmed booking. We do not state a separate workmanship warranty, fixed coverage period, or satisfaction guarantee in these terms.
Any warranty or service commitment that applies to a particular booking must be written in the quote or a separate agreement. Please review those documents before accepting the work and ask us to clarify any terms that are unclear.
Coverage, if expressly provided, may not apply to damage, blockage, contamination, or other problems caused by misuse, vandalism, unauthorized movement, unsuitable site conditions, or work by someone other than MT Toilet Rentals. Report a service concern as soon as practical, with details about the equipment, location, and issue.
We will review the concern against the booking and any written warranty terms. Nothing in this section creates a promise about duration or remedy that is not included in an agreement for the specific service.
Responsibility for Site and Service Risks
To the extent permitted by law, MT Toilet Rentals’ liability for a claim related to a booking is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to that claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, inaccurate information supplied by the customer, unsafe access, unauthorized use, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded or limited.
Customers must identify site hazards and ensure that placement and use comply with applicable rules. Depending on the setting, sanitation requirements may include OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141 for workplaces, OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 for construction sites, and Sections 213 and 604 of the 2010 ADA Standards for accessible toilet facilities.
Event permits should be verified with the issuing jurisdiction. Montana DEQ rules govern approved wastewater treatment and disposal.
Confirm with the appropriate local authority whether plumbing permits apply; requirements can vary by project. These terms do not replace regulatory advice or permit approval.

Evan Miller
Service Expert at MT Toilet Rentals
I started in portable sanitation work around Livingston, where changing weather and event sites with limited access taught me to plan deliveries and service visits carefully. I built this company to help local organizers arrange clean, practical restroom options—from portable toilets and hand-wash stations to restroom trailers—without making the logistics harder than they need to be.
